Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience with Sehat Naturals as authentic and smooth as possible.

If you have a valid issue with an item from the company’s end and are not satisfied, we can replace it for you at zero shipping costs. You just need to first send us the product, and after we receive the damaged/issue product, we will send you a new product at our earliest convenience. In such a case, you need to inform us about the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order by calling our Customer Representative Officer at 0314 0037740 or emailing us at Sehatnaturalsquery@gmail.com

If you have a valid issue with an item from your end and are not satisfied, we can replace it for you with an additional shipping cost.

If your reason for the return is valid, you will be sent the replacement items within 5-7 working days. You just need to first send us the product, and after we receive the damaged/issue product, we will send you a new product at our earliest convenience.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order placed for any carrier, essential oil, or other products, you must inform us at the earliest, as we dispatch most orders within 24 hours.

Cancellation of your order depends on whether it has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day, so you must notify us immediately. To cancel an order, kindly call us at 0314 0037740 for a cancellation request. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
